**Always Protected Security, LLC Terms and Conditions**  
These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Always Protected Security, LLC (“Always Protected,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through our website at [https://www.always-protected.com](https://www.always-protected.com) and related communications, including SMS. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. **SMS Terms of Service**  
By opting into SMS from Always Protected Security, LLC, you agree to receive messages for **Account Updates & Notifications**, including appointment scheduling and reminders for 10-minute calls to discuss ADT Security systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- **Opt-In**: You consent via our website form at [https://www.always-protected.com/realtors](https://www.always-protected.com/realtors) or verbally by saying “YES” during a call to (877) 492-2711. Consent is logged with timestamp and agent notes.  

- **Opt-Out**: Reply **STOP** to any SMS to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent.  
- **Assistance**: Text **HELP** for support, call (877) 492-2711, email [compliance@always-protected.com](mailto:compliance@always-protected.com), or visit [https://www.always-protected.com](https://www.always-protected.com).  

- **Compliance**: **No mobile information will be shared or sold with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.** Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared.

**Installation Fee Statement**  
$99.00 Customer Installation Charge. 36-Month Monitoring Agreement required at $36.99/month ($1,331.64). 24-Month Monitoring Agreement required at $36.99/month ($887.76) for California. Payment by credit card or electronic charge to checking/savings account. Offer for homeowners only. Local permit fees may apply. Satisfactory credit history required. Restrictions apply. Valid for new ADT Authorized Dealer customers, not ADT LLC purchases. Other rate plans available. Cannot combine with other offers. Smoke Detectors and some services not available in all states.

**Referral Payout**  

Referrals are paid by Always Protected Security within 7–10 business days for qualifying new ADT alarm accounts. Referral payout method must be selected on the referral form.

Please note: Referrals are only valid if the client has not already initiated service or engaged with ADT through another provider or competitor. Accounts found to have prior activity with ADT are ineligible for referral payout.

ADT enforces an internal dispute policy on such accounts that can result in penalties of $500–$1,000 against us. To avoid this risk, we strongly recommend that you introduce us to your client before they contact ADT directly.

This ensures your referral is fully protected and eligible for payout.

**ADT 6 Month Money-Back Guarantee**  
Money-back guarantee applies if ADT cannot resolve system issues within 6 months of contract start. Equipment must be removed for refund. Issues caused by customer void eligibility.

By providing your phone number, you authorize Always Protected Security, LLC to contact you via calls, texts, emails, or mail about ADT Security products and services, even if on a “do not call” list. Texts/calls may use automated systems. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not required for purchase; contact us directly at (877) 492-2711 for alternate methods. You certify the number is yours and will notify us if reassigned.
